双亲性共聚物在PVDF超滤膜亲水改性中的稳定性研究THE STABILITY OF AMPHIPATHIC COMPOLYMERS IN HYDROPHILIC MODIFICATION OF PVDF ULTRAFILTRATION MEMBRANES

摘要(Abstract):
本研究针对超滤膜亲水改性过程中添加剂的稳定性问题,选取3种常用双亲性嵌段共聚物(PluronicF127、F68、P85)作为研究对象,探索添加剂分子结构对其析出行为及膜材料长期抗污染性能的影响机制。实验利用表面接触角测量仪、ATR—FT-IR等手段评价了不同浸泡周期下膜中添加剂赋存含量的变化情况;利用Langmuir和Freundlich等温吸附方程考察了添加剂析出过程中超滤膜对特定污染物吸附行为及不可逆污染指数的变化特征。实验结果表明,当添加剂中亲水性EO链段较多时,其初期亲水改性效果较好,但在膜材料中的长期稳定性不足,易导致膜材料后期不可逆污染阻力升高;反之,当添加剂中疏水PO链段较多时,其与聚合物分子间存在相对较强的疏水相互作用,能够有效提高添加剂在膜材料中的稳定性,保证膜材料的长期抗污染性能。
