通过二氯甲基联苯(BCMB)硝化及与PPS纤维的交联与磺化制得一种新型聚苯硫醚基离子交换纤维新材料,利用元素分析、FT-IR、TG和SEM等手段对它的物理化学结构及吸附性能进行了系统表征。结果表明,该功能纤维对低浓度亚甲基蓝废水(200mg/L)的吸附容量高达200mg/g以上,且去除率超过99.7%,可望在难降解有机废水的治理中获实际应用。
Abstract:A novel strong acidic ion exchange fiber was prepared via the nitration of 4,4'-dichloromethyl biphenyl,as well as following crosslinking and sulfonation reaction on polyphenylene sulfide(PPS) fiber.The physico-chemical structures and adsorptive properties of the fibrous material were characterized with elementary analysis,FT-IR and SEM,respectively.Experimental results showed that the adsorption capacity and removal rate of the ion exchange fiber for methylene blue were over 200 mg/g and 99.7% even at low concentration waste water(200 mg/cm3),which shows good application prospects for the treatment of basic organic waste water.
