对K离子交换的NaY分子筛进行火焰光度分析和XRD测试,研究XRD特征峰的面积和强度变化与离子交换度之间的关系。结果表明,衍射角2θ=20.3何恢蒙戏迩慷取⒎迕婊谌淄挤段诘陌俜直扔隟+离子交换度之间均存在很好的线性关系,由此得到的交换度计算值与采用火焰光度分析方法得到的实验值之间的相对误差分别小于2.0%和5.5%,可以用于离子交换度的定量测定。
Abstract:Potassium exchanged NaY molecular sieve samples were analyzed with flame photometer and XRD, and the relationship between peak values in XRD spectra and ion exchange degree was studied. The result showed that there were pretty good linear relationships between both of intensity percentage and area percentage of the peak at 2 =20.3?in full scale of the spectra and potassium ion exchange degree. The relative errors calculated according to these two linear relationships are less than 2.0% and 5.5% respectively compared with the experimental values got from the flame photometry. This means XRD intensity or area can be used for the quantitative determination of ion exchange degree.
