用两种强酸性阳离子交换树脂进行金属离子负载改性制备酯化催化剂,考察了金属盐种类,盐浓度,沉浸时间,沉浸温度等因素对催化剂性能的影响。用在优化条件下制备的催化剂催化乙酸和正丁醇酯化反应体系,反应1h乙酸的转化率达到69%。
Abstract:Different metal salts are loaded on two kinds of strong acid cation resin as a catalyst for esterification. The effects of the kind of metal salts, the metal salt quantity, loading temperature, loading time on the activity of catalyst for esterification are studied. Using the prepared catalyst for esterification reaction of ethyl alcohol and acetic acid, the percent conversion of acetic acid is about 69% in one hour as the catalyst quantity equal to 10% acetic acid quantity in the reaction system.
