通过一步水热合成法将尿素接枝到酚醛树脂上制备出新的吸附剂材料RFU微球。将制备的材料用于吸附Au3+的实验,采用3种吸附模型来分析吸附Au3+的过程,实验结果表明,准二级动力学方程能够与实验数据非常贴合,相关系数R2为0.998,能够很好地描述RFU微球吸附Au3+,说明这是一个化学吸附占主导的吸附过程。其内扩散模型表明吸附过程受孔隙扩散控制,因而这是一个受孔隙扩散控制的化学吸附过程。在室温下其自由能为负值,且温度升高其值更小,说明该吸附过程为自发的过程且升高温度会增加吸附过程的推动力。
Abstract:A new adsorbent material RFU microsphere was prepared by grafting urea onto phenolic resin by one-step hydrothermal synthesis. The prepared materials were used to adsorb Au3+. Three adsorption models were used to analyze the process of adsorbing Au3+, the experimental results show that the Pseudo-second-order kinetic equation can be closely matched with the experimental data, and the correlation coefficient(R2) is 0.999. It is well described that RFU microspheres adsorb Au3+. The adsorption process is controlled by chemical reaction rate, and the adsorption process is controlled by pore diffusion. The free energy is negative at room temperature, and its value is smaller as the temperature increases, indicating that the adsorption process is a spontaneous process and increasing the temperature will increases the driving force of the adsorption process.
