以苯酚和甲醛为原料,在酸性离子交换树脂催化下,常压、70~80℃、3h缩聚反应;脱除催化剂后,在常压、35~40℃条件下,加入碱性离子交换树脂催化剂、环氧氯丙烷进行催化环化反应,经催化剂脱除、蒸馏制得酚醛环氧树脂产品。比传统无机酸碱法节省中和、pH值调节、水洗等过程,无环境污染,属环保型合成新工艺。酚醛环氧树脂为棕黄色粘稠液体,主要应用于宇航工业耐温结构件、电子电气工业零部件、耐温粘结剂等产品中。
Abstract:Save with phenol and formaldehyde as raw material, in acidic ion exchange resin as catalyst under at mospheric pressure, the temperature was 70~80℃, the time of polycondensation reaction was 3h; removal of catalyst, at atmospheric pressure, the temperature was 35~40℃, alkaline ion exchange resin as catalyst, epoxy chloropropane as raw material, catalyzed cyclization reaction, the catalyst was removed, after distillation, phenolic epoxy resin was gained. Compared with traditional Inorganic acid and alkali method, the process of neutralization, adjusting p H and washing process was saved. The process has no environmental pollution, is a new process of environmentally friendly synthesis. Phenolic epoxy resin is brownish yellow viscous liquid, mainly used in aerospace industry, high temperature resistant structure, electronic and electrical industrial parts, high temperature binder and other products.
