本文报导了用CL—P204萃淋树脂从含大量钨少量钼的溶液中吸附分离钼的性能。实验表明,在H_2SO4体系中pH=2左右时,树脂吸附钼而不吸附钨。被吸附的钼能容易的被2mol·dm-3NH3·H_2O—2mol·dm-3NH_4Cl溶液全部洗脱。钨钼混合液中加入EDTA能有效地阻止钨钼杂多酸离子的生成而有助于钨钼分离。分离后溶液中钼含量降至0.01%以下。提供了一种新的钨钼分离方法。
Abstract:This paper describes the properties of adsorbing and separating molybdenum from the solutions containing large amount of tungsten and a small amount of molybdenum using CL-P204 extraction-eluating resin. The results show that when the acidity of water phase is about pH = 2.0, the resin absorbs molybdenum without absorbing tungsten. The adsorbed molybdenum on resin can be fully eluated off by 2MNH3·H2O + 2MNH4C1 aqueous solution. The EDTA added to the mixed solutions of tungsten and molybdenum can efficiently suppress the formation of heteropoly tungstomoly-bdic acid and it favours the separation of molybdenum and tungsten. After separation process, the amount of molybdenum in the mixture solutions decreases to below 0.01%.
