离子交换与吸附

本文研究了多种溶剂、催化剂及其用量、反应温度和时间对氯甲基化苯乙烯—二乙烯苯共聚体自身傅氏交联反应的影响。筛选得到了合适的反应溶剂,并确定了最佳反应条件,从而制得了高比表面积(S≥1000m²/g)的吸附树脂。用动态法测定了吸附树脂对苯酚水溶液的吸附能力,结果表明其吸附性能和脱附效率优良。

In this report, the chloromethylated copolymer of styrene-divinyl benzene proper by Fridel-Crafts crosslinking reaction is studied under different reaction conditions, such as, solvents, amount of catalyst, reaction temperature and ength of reaction time etc. A suitable solvent is selected- and optimal reaction condition is determined. Thus, the authors obtain a polymeric adsorbent of high specific surface area (S≥1000M2/g) . The capacity of the adsorbent for adsorbing phenol in water is measured by dynamics, showing that its adsorption capacity and desorption efficiency are satisfactory.
