氨基膦酸树脂的红外光谱研究

摘要:

苯乙烯—二乙烯苯共聚体经氯甲基化,胺化和膦酸化而制得了离子交换树脂。本文测定了离子交换树脂合成过程中的每一个中间产物和含有Cu2+、Ni2+、CO2+、Mn2+、Ca2+的离子交换树脂的红外光谱图。研究结果表明,氨基膦酸树脂络合金属离子后,1215cm-1峰减弱,络合容量与破坏氢键有关的P=0吸收峰1215cm-1减弱的程度有关。其顺序为:Cu2+>Ni2+>Co2+>Mn2+>Ca2+同时,根据1090cm-1峰位移的大小可判断树脂上N原子对金属离子的配位能力,从而有可能通过红外光谱研究氨基膦酸树脂对金属离子的选择性。

Abstract:

Starting from copolymer of styrene and divinylbenzene the resin was synthe sized by means of chloromethylation, amination and phosphorylation. The IR-spectra of every intermediate in the synthetic processe and of resins containing Cu2+,Ni2+, Co2+, Mn2+, Ca2+ were obtained.It was found that after the resin formed complexes with metal ions te intensity of absorbing peaks at 1215 cm-1 of P=0 associating with hyrogen bond was weakened decause metalions replaced hydrogen in phosphoric acid.The order of complexing capacity for metal ions is ientical with the order of weakening of intensity of the peak at 1215 cm-1.Cu2+>Ni2+Mn2+>Ca2+Therefore the IR- spectra may be used to study the order of complexing capa-city for metal ions in chelating resins before and after complexation.
