综述了近几年国内外智能水凝胶研究现状,重点介绍了对pH、温度、光、电、磁和特定生物分子敏感的水凝胶的研究创新以及智能水凝胶在药物控释载体、组织工程支架、血红蛋白氧载体、生物传感器、蛋白质检验等生物医学领域应用的最新进展。
Abstract:Intelligent hydrogel is a kind of important functional polymer materials. It is responsive to some environmental variables,such as pH,temperature,light,electric signal,magnetic and specific biomolecular. This paper reviews the development of intelligent hydrogels in recent years,containing the classification of intelligent hydrogel and the application of intelligent hydrogel in biomedical field. It shows that intelligent hydrogel has good foreground in the field of biomedicine.
