聚合物假冠醚研究(V) 多胺型类氮杂冠醚聚合物的合成与性能及在化学实验室的应用

以聚乙二醇(PEG400,PEG200) 为起始剂,以多乙烯多胺为交联剂,合成了4 种新型多 胺交联型类氮杂冠醚聚合物,研究了聚合物的溶胀性能和对金属离子的静态吸附性能。结 果表明,聚合物在极性溶剂中具有良好的溶胀性能,在水中的溶胀系数达12.67,吸水容量 达12.14g/g (20℃);在25℃下,对Cu2+,Ni2+,Hg2+,Pb2+的吸附量分别达1.793mmol/g, 1.675mmol/g,1.849mmol/g 和1.048mmol/g。测试了反应物摩尔比、溶剂温度及其pH 值对溶胀 性能的影响,试研究了聚合物在化学实验室的应用。

Abstract:

Using Polyethylene glycol (PEG400, PEG200) as initial material, polyethylene polyamine as cross linker, four novel polyamine cross-linked analogs of polymeric azacrown ethers were synthesized. Swelling properties and static adsorption characters of polymers for metallic ions were studied. The results show that the polymers have good swelling properties in the polar solvent, the swelling coefficients is 12.67 and the adsorption capacities is 12.14g/g in water (20℃). The adsorption capacities were 1.793mmol/g, 1.675mmol/g, 1.849mmol/g and 1.048mmol/g for Cu2+, Ni2+, Hg2+ and Pb2+ respectively at 25℃. The influences of molecular proportion of reactant, temperature and pH value on swelling properties were in investigated. Applications of these polymers in chemical laboratory are discussed .
