采用沸石为吸附材料,研究其对废水中Pb2+的吸附作用和机理。研究了吸附剂用量、搅拌时间、pH值以及废水浓度等因素对吸附效果影响的探讨。试验结果表明,利用KCl改性后的沸石0.4g,在pH值为89的条件下,处理100mL Pb2+质量浓度为10.11mg/L的废水25min,废水中的Pb2+去除率最高可达99.60%,剩余浓度为0.05mg/L,远低于国家污水综合排放标准(GB8978-1996)的一级标准。
Abstract:Zeolite modified with KCl could be used as adsorbent material for adsorption of wastewater containing lead.The main influence factors,such as dosage of adsorbent,agitation time,pH and concentration of wastewater,on adsorption performance were also determined.The results showed that when pH is 89 and agitation time is 25min,lead bearing 10.11mg/L wastewater could be effectively treated with 0.4g modified zeolite.The removal efficiency reached 99.60%.The residual concentration of lead is reduced to 0.05mg/L,far below the first grade requirment of the national standards of wastewater discharge(GB8978-1996).
