本文介绍了八十年代以来高分子吸附剂在β—内酰胺类、大环内酯类、林可霉素类、糖甙类、肽类、博莱霉素类、多烯类、蒽环类、醌类、含氮杂环类、核苷类、聚醚类以及其他新抗生素和免疫抑制剂等分离、浓缩、纯化、精制上的应用发展状况。

One of the most significant advances in ion exchange and adsorbent technology has been the development of the macroreticular polymeric adsorbents. These polymeric adsorbents are hard, durable, insoluble spheres of high surface area and porosity. They are available in a variety of polarities. The nonpolar adsorbents are particularly effective for adsorbing nonpolar solutes from polar solvents. Conversely, the polar adsorbents are very effective for adsorbing polar solutes from nonpolar solvents.These polymeric adsorbents are currently being widely used in the pharmaceutical industry(i.e.isolation, separation and purification of Antibiotics and vitamins).The adsorptive mechanism, the physical and chemical characteristics, of macroreticular resin and experimental technology are described. The application on isolation, separation and purification of Antibiotics of β-Lactam, Macrolide, Lincomycins, Aminogly-coside, tetracycline, polypeptide ,Bleomycins, Polyene, Anthracycline, Polyethers, other new Antibiotics and a variety of inhibitors are presented.The successful application of the polymeric adsorbents is shown in typical examples. Other related application such as the isolation of enzyme and immune inhibitors from the culture broth of a soil isolated and identified as streptomyces is also included.
