基于叠氮/吡嗪酸混合体系构筑的Mn(II)配位聚合物及其结构多样性研究

摘要:

以叠氮和吡嗪酸为配体,通过溶剂热合成方法,合成了两例Mn(II)配位聚合物{[Mn(L)(N3)]·CH3OH}n(1)和[Mn(L)(N3)]n(2),其中L为吡嗪酸。晶体结构表明,配合物1晶体结晶于正交晶系P2_12_121空间群,晶胞参数是a=0.86464(17)nm,b=1.0325(2)nm,c=1.0720(2)nm。配合物2晶体结晶于单斜晶系P21/c空间群,晶胞参数是a=1.1755(2)nm,b=0.97000(19)nm,c=0.65261(13)nm,β=100.23(3)°。配合物1是由叠氮和吡嗪酸根共同连接Mn(II)形成三维结构,而配合物2则是由叠氮和吡嗪酸根共同连接Mn(II)先形成二维结构,而后二维层之间过π-π堆积形成三维超分子结构。造成这种结构上的差别仅仅是由于使用的金属盐的阴离子不同。

Abstract:

Two azido-Mn(II) coordination polymers {[Mn(L)(N3)]·CH3OH}n(1) and [Mn(L)(N3)]n(2)(L=pyrazinyl acid) with pyrazinyl acid as coligand were synthesized and structurally characterized. Results of single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis showed that complex 1 crystallized in the orthorhombic P2_12_121 space group [a=0.86464(17) nm,b=1.0325(2) nm,c=1.0720(2) nm]. And complex 2 crystallized in the monoclinic P21/c space group [a=1.1755(2) nm,b=0.97000(19) nm,c=0.65261(13) nm,β=100.23(3)°]. In complex 1,adjacent Mn(II)s were linked by azide and pyrazinyl acid to form a three-dimensional(3D) structure. However,in complex 2,each Mn(II) was coordinated by azide and pyrazinyl acid to form a two-dimensional(2D) layer,then the 2D layers were further packed by π-π force to form the 3D structure. The different structure between two complexes could due to the different anions.
