本文研究了大孔吸附树脂提取喜树碱的方法,包括树脂的筛选,喜树碱溶液的浓度、温度、pH值和盐离子浓度对吸附的影响;解吸剂的选择,解吸剂的pH值、流速对解吸的影响。确定了适宜的吸附和解吸条件。
Abstract:Separation of camptothecin by adsorption with macroporous resin was investigated.The macroporous resin AB-8 was chosen as the adsorbent.The effects of pH, temperature,concentration of salt ion or camptothecin solution on adsorption and the effects of pH and flow rate of eluent on desorption were studied.This method was used to separate camptothecin from the fruit of camptotheca on a laboratory-scale and was found to give a satisfactory results.
