合成甲基叔丁基醚催化剂的研究

摘要:

本文在查阅了大量有关合成甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)催化剂资料的基础上,根据所用催化剂的类型进行了分类总结,其中包括离子交换树脂催化剂,分子筛催化剂,杂多酸催化剂等,并对各种催化剂的催化活性进行了比较,探讨了影响催化剂活性的诸因素.

On the basis of published data on catalysts for synthesis of Methyl tert - butyl ether (MTBE), the catalysts are classified into three kinds: strongly acidic canon exchange resins, molecular sieves, hiteropslyacids, etc' Their catalytic properties in isobutene conversation and process parameters were compared and discussed. With the increasing demand of MTBE for inviromental protection, the research and production of canon exchange resins will be busted in the near futere,molecular sieve and heteropolyacids will also play important roles for the process improvement.
