含氮硫多配位基螯合纤维的合成及其性能研究

摘要:

以腈纶纤维为原料,合成了含氮硫多配位基螯合纤维,讨论了反应时间和反应温度对产物增重的影响,选择了适当的反应条件。通过元素分析和红外光谱,分析了螯合纤维的可能结构,并对合成的螯合纤维进行了基本性能测定。该纤维可用于贵金属元素金、铂的富集与分离。

Abstract:

A chelating fiber was synthesized by reacting polyacrylonitrile (PAN) fiberwith hydrazine, diethylenetriamine, sodium sulfide. The effects of preparative conditions, such as reaction time and reaction temperature on weight increase of theproducts were discussed. The structure of the chelating fiber was analyzed by elemental analysis and infrared spectra. The adsorption propertics of the chelating fiberfor noble metals were investigated. The chelating fiber can be used to concentratenoble metals.
