螯合铜树脂引发甲基丙烯酸甲酯聚合反应的动力学研究

本文报道了以聚醚为主链的低交联梳型多烯多胺螯合铜树脂,在四氯化碳存在下对MMA等单体具有良好的引发聚合活性,论证了其自由基聚合反应历程,研究了各种反应条件的变化对聚合反应速率、转化率及分子量等的影响规律,其动力学方程可表达为:(在本实验条件下m随[CCl4]变化,由+3~-4.5)

The polymerization of MMA initiated by copper(Ⅱ) chelating resin-CC14 system was studied. From the kinetic data, the kinetic equation of polymerization can be expressed as: Rp = Ke-56400/RT[MMA]1.57[CCl4]m[Resin-Cu]0.18(m:3-4.5, when CCl4:0.1-6.93mol/L)The result shows that it is based on the free radical polymerization mechanism. The primary radicals are formed by the process of cornplexation-chlorine transformation among the copper(Ⅱ) chelating resins, CC14 and methyl methacrylate.
